Kyle Schur
Kyle brings 16 years of enterprise IT engineering. At Avalara he ran identity and endpoint infrastructure for a workforce that grew past 6,000, working daily in Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune. He led IT integration for dozens of acquisitions, from five people to more than 500, folding each inherited environment into one modern system.

Andrew Miller
Andrew brings a decade of IT experience, from systems administrator to managing a global IT operations team. His automation work took automated ticket closures from 50% to more than 72% in two years, so fewer problems ever needed a person. For six years he worked in executive support, from the frontline to running the program, including a 24×7 rotation with zero missed calls in two years.

We both spent years inside Avalara, a global tax compliance software company. Kyle ran identity and endpoints and led IT through dozens of acquisitions.
