How we work
Stability first. Strategy once the floor stops moving.
We do not sell a three-year roadmap to a firm whose backups are failing. Four phases, in this order, with a written deliverable at the end of each one.
- Phases
- Four, in order
- Each one ends with
- A written deliverable
- Pace
- Set in your scope
01
Assess
Inventory, interviews and risk review. We count every device, account, licence and circuit, then sit with the people who actually use them. Nothing is remediated in this phase — the point is an honest picture.
- Deliverable: written findings and risk register
- Deliverable: prioritised remediation plan with costs
- Yours to keep, whether or not you engage us
02
Stabilise
The first stretch goes to whatever is breaking weekly: patching, backups, accounts, endpoints, the printer nobody can fix. This is where the ticket volume drops, and it drops before anything gets rebuilt.
- Backups verified by restore, not by dashboard
- MFA on every account, admin rights reviewed
- Monitoring and alerting live on all endpoints
03
Standardise
One machine build, one identity provider, one documented way in and out of the network. Standardisation is what makes support cheap and onboarding a fifteen-minute job instead of a two-day scavenger hunt.
- Standard hardware and image per role
- Identity, file and access model consolidated
- Documentation set handed over and kept current
04
Advance
Every quarter, a partner sits with your leadership team: what broke, what it cost, what is coming, and what next year's budget needs to carry. No slide deck about digital transformation.
- Quarterly review with ticket and risk trends
- Rolling three-year plan with capital forecast
- Annual restore and incident-response rehearsal
Phase one starts with a free conversation.
Thirty minutes with a partner. If there is work to do, you get a written scope before anything starts.
