Prepaid
A block of hours at the hourly rate.
Hours draw down in 15-minute increments, and every invoice shows the balance left. The retainer is non-refundable and never expires. The block is sized to the work.

A security review, a compliance push, an IT roadmap. Scoped and priced in writing before anyone touches a system. Half up front, half on delivery.

How you pay
Bank transfer or card, through Stripe. Invoices are due in 15 days, with the hours and what they were spent on itemised.
Leaving us
Stop whenever you like. The retainer is non-refundable, but unused hours never expire, and the documentation goes with you.
